Plans are subscription-based. As noted at signup, we do not offer refunds. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals—access continues until the period ends.

We show your current 6-month block in full detail (skills, courses, projects, milestones). Beyond that, we present future phases as expandable groups, and refresh recommendations as you progress.

Yes. Ladders, salaries, company shortlists, and timing cues adapt to your selected region. Primary markets are the US & UK with secondary coverage for India; all features are globally available.

We support resume parsing, real-time nudges, and Stripe payments out of the box. Additional integrations (SSO, ATS export, calendars) are on the roadmap for team/enterprise plans.

You control what you upload, and you can request account deletion at any time.

No. Your data is used to generate your roadmap and coaching experience and is not used to train foundation models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We combine AI reasoning with practical guardrails and cached heuristics for consistency. Still, AI may miss context or change over time (e.g., hiring cycles). Treat suggestions as guidance; Ray adapts plans as realities shift.

You’ll see a clear indicator in the dashboard. Ray queries pause once limits are reached; you can upgrade or wait for your next cycle. Your saved roadmap and nudges remain available.

Cancel in Settings → Billing to stop renewal. To request deletion, go to Settings → Privacy. Deletion removes profile, roadmap, and chat history after a short safety window.

Yes. It is perfectly compatible with all devices.
