Cancellation & Refund Policy

JobRays provides digital services. Once a plan is purchased and access/credits are provisioned, payments are non-refundable.

Exceptions

• Duplicate charge in error.
• Card charged but access not provisioned within 24 hours.

For any exception, email billing@jobrays.io within 7 days with payment details.
